The gas addition kit provides the ability to add a gaseous reagent to a 10 mL reaction vessel prior to microwave irradiation. It can be used for transformations such as hydrogenation, carbonylation, or formylation reactions. A fiber optic probe is used to continuously monitor the temperature. The kit includes:
- 10 mL vessel assembly (working volume 2-7 mL)
- Fiber optic probe for temperature monitoring
- External control box for gaseous addition, pressure monitoring, and vessel purging.
