| Specifications | "EasyPrep Plus vessels utilize CEM’s patented vent and reseal technology to prevent over pressurization and monitor temperature and pressure of the control vessel with a fiber optic probe and EPS pressure sensor. iWave temperature control features contactless in situ light emitting technology. This enables ALL vessels to be monitored for tempterature and control the power of the unit for a safe, precise digestion. No temperature or pressure probes are required with iWave. This is a great option for all acid digestions and many extractions over 100° C. iWave does not require a control vessel. Standard ring vessels have a teflon coated stainless steel support ring and are suitable for digestions using all acids except HCl. Applications requiring the use of HCl should use EasyPrep vessels with premium rings. Customers using BOTH HF and HCl should consider iPrep vessels which do not contain a ring. " |
