Join the MARS 6 applications specialists at our Matthews, NC global headquarters on 18 & 19 September, 2019.

  • Hands on class with both laboratory and lecture portions

  • Practice proper vessel assembly and cleaning

Registration fee ($995 50% off! now only $495) includes class and materials as well as 2 days continental breakfast, 2 lunches, and dinner on the evening of 18 September.

Class begins at 9:00 AM on 18 September and concludes at 3:30 PM on 19 September.

Dress is casual including dinner.

Please dress accordingly for lab work (i.e. long pants, closed-toe shoes, lab prescription safety glasses if required, etc.).

CEM will provide disposable lab coats, gloves, and lab glasses.

9:30 - 10:00 Lecture: Microwave Theory (How Microwaves Work)
10:00 - 10:45 Lecture: Choosing the Best Vessels and Options for your Applications
10:45 - 11:00 Break
11:00 - 12:00 Lecture:  Lowering the Blanks in Your Lab
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch (PROVIDED)
1:00-1:15 Lab Overview:  What you are going to see in lab
1:15 - 2:15 Lab Session: Sample/Standards Prep
2:15 - 3:00 Lecture: How to Digest Organic Samples
3:00 - 5:00 Lab Session: Digestion of Organic Samples
TRANSPORTATION BACK TO HOTEL (PROVIDED BY CEM)
6:30 p.m. Dinner (TBD) Provided by CEM

Day 2

Note: CEM will provide transportation back to the airport. Please schedule your return flights for 5:30 PM or later to allow time to get back to the airport
