Shipping & Delivery
- Any orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed the next business day.
Privacy & Security
- CEM will not sell or publicly distribute any customer information (address, email, phone numbers, etc.).
- CEM does not retain any customer credit card information.
Additional Disclosure
- RETURNS - All sales are final.
- USA & CANADIAN TAXES - Unless listed in the order summary, the amount of tax applicable is the buyer’s responsibility. Tax exemption certificates must be emailed to shop.support@cem.com or faxed to 704-821-4369 to setup exemption status for online accounts (may take up to 2 business days).
- FOREIGN TAXES - The amount of tax applicable is the buyer’s responsibility. VAT taxes will be determined in country at the time of order processing.
- DUTIES – All customers outside of the United States are responsible for remitting all duty charges directly.
