How It Works

We will cover the full EPSC 2025 registration fees for three selected delegates who meet the following criteria:

• Submit a poster abstract for EPSC 2025
• Attend the conference in person and present their poster
• Be fully registered and have paid their delegate fee in full at the time of selection

This opportunity is available exclusively to PhD students, Postdoctoral researchers, and Academic ticket holders.

Selection & Reimbursement:

• Three delegates will be randomly selected from eligible applicants
• Winners will be notified by 1st August 2025
• Reimbursement will be issued after 28th August 2025 in the original payment currency and amount
• No alternative reimbursement methods will be provided
