The Chloride Loading TechNote contains the technical procedure for using Cl-MPA ProTide and Cl-TCP(Cl) ProTide, programming microwave cycles for the Liberty Blue application software, and a protected cleavage procedure. Instructions for programming this cycle are also included for Discover Bio customers. These instructions can only be used with Liberty Blue application software version 1.43 and up.
