Webinar: Fully Automated ISH and IHC Staining Machine for Whole Mounts and Tissue Sections

Immunostaining techniques (such as immunohistochemistry/IHC, immunofluorescence/IF) and in situ hybridization (ISH) are often time-consuming and labor-intensive, requiring numerous pipetting steps and precise, reproducible conditions (e.g., controlled temperature and incubation times).

The InsituPro staining machine offers a compact, fully automated solution for these protocols, capable of processing a variety of sample types, including whole mounts, vibratome sections (floating sections), thin sections on slides, and adherent cells on coverslips. By using the laboratory's own reagents, the InsituPro helps reduce operational costs. Pre-installed standard protocols are customizable, and new, user-specific methods can be easily programmed.

In this webinar, Dr. Martin Technau will provide a live demonstration on how to safely and efficiently use the InsituPro ISH/IHC staining machine, with practical examples for different model organisms. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions via chat.

Special feature: Dr. Martin Technau will showcase the device in action through live video transmission during the seminar.
