Towards an Optimized Approach for Peptide Purification at Elevated Temperature
Overview
Available On DemandAirdate: Wednesday, September 14, 2022
Duration: 1 Hour
Recorded live at the American Peptide Society 2022 meeting in Whistler.
Summary
Advances in synthesis methodologies and an increased interest in the therapeutic potential of peptides have put a renewed emphasis on improvements in purification speed and performance. Despite this, the use of elevated temperatures is often overlooked in HPLC purification workflows, even as potential performance benefits are well understood. We present here a review of elevated temperature HPLC concepts as well as proposed approaches for optimization of purification workflows at elevated temperature. What You'll Learn
