Whether digesting a single sample for rush needs, performing a quick screen for optimal conditions, or digesting 40 samples in a batch, simply load the vessels in the MARSXpress 2.0 and press start. The robust MARSXpress vessels range in size from 20 mL to 110 mL, accommodating a wide range of sample sizes. From food samples to environmental samples, and more, MARSXpress 2.0 will completely digest each in preparation for ICP-MS or ICP-OES analysis.

Information like never before
Check digestion status from across the lab with the Visual Light Indicator (VLI) or watch your digestions take place through the largest window available on any sample prep system. Upon completion, review the run data, view the temperature second by second and validate that each sample reached its setpoint with a quick-reference graphical interface. Need a report? Easily export a customizable report with all method information, including temperature and power graphs, as well as sample data. Reports can even be customized with your company logo.

Accurate temperature readings are only the beginning.
The MARSXpress 2.0 uses the most accurate temperature sensor available, iWave, even in this economical system. This contactless in-situ temperature sensor ensures each temperature reading is the correct reading, no matter where the sample is in the cavity or how many are in a batch. Upon run completion, the MARSXpress 2.0 will automatically cool the samples to a set temperature, allowing safe removal in a timely manner.The differential pressure sensor ensures proper air flow for vapor evacuation. Know that adequate air flow before, during, and after the run is removing all harmful vapor from the MARSXpress 2.0 cavity. The system will alert you if the required conditions are not met.
