Liberty PRIME 2.0

The HT12 option for the Liberty Blue and Liberty Prime provides automation for up to 12 peptide reactions. New reactions can be added and programmed at any time, even while another sample is running.

The HT24 option provides automated synthesis of up to 24 peptides. The HT24 requires the HT12 and allows for 12 more peptides to be added to a queue (24 total). The HT24 is recommended only for the Liberty PRIME 2.0 system.

The HT 4 automates peptide synthesis with the ability to queue up to 4 additional peptides. New reactions can be programmed at any time, even while another sample is running.

The PRIME amino acid dip tube allows the system to draw up amino acid solution with minimal dead volume. Does not require an amino acid dip tube filter.

The 1/8" to 1/8" PEEK Union allows the connect of two pieces of 1/8" OD tubing.

These frits are compatible with the Liberty (2.0) Line’s 2-piece reaction vessel and should be replaced after about 1,000 couplings.

The 1/8" to 3/16" PEEK Union allows the connection of a piece of 1/8" OD tubing to a piece of 3/16" OD tubing.
