Soxhlet is out! New Innovative Solvent Extraction Webinar

The EDGE extraction system has been developed for rapid, automated solvent extraction of samples. This means that different samples can be extracted quickly in just 5 minutes. The extractions in the EDGE are carried out under pressure at defined temperatures, which leads to a strong acceleration of the reaction kinetics. Accelerated solvent extraction is significantly faster than Soxhlet, ultrasound, classic ASE, QuEChERS or other conventional extraction methods and requires much less solvent and at the same time requires significantly less work. The space required by the EDGE corresponds to approximately one DIN A3 sheet, so the device is very small and can be set up practically anywhere, even outside of a hood. All samples can be extracted, e.g. E.g. environmental samples, food, plastics…. etc. On Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, Ulf Sengutta will present this new technology in theory and practice.
