Fmoc-Pro-Wang Resin (LL)

Loading: 0.25-0.40 mmol/g. Reliable and cost effective polystyrene resin core and Wang linker pre-loaded with Fmoc-amino acids. CEM's pre-loaded Wang resins are all characterized for D-amino acid content (<0.5 %) and dipeptide content (<0.2 %). Low loading capacity makes this resin ideal for preparation of long or difficult peptide acids.

Highly active resin for the synthesis of C-terminal Prolines. Diketopiperazine formation is easily avoided with CEM developed methodology. Please contact peptide.support@cem.com for more details.
