The ORACLE™ can analyze fat in any unknown sample with reference chemistry accuracy and exceptional repeatability. This significant improvement over other rapid and traditional methods (i.e. reference extraction, NIR, and FT-IR) allows for rapid analysis regardless of the percent fat or sample matrix. The ORACLE is suitable for contract laboratories, alternative meat and dairy producers, snack food facilities, and much more.
