High capacity furnace insert assembly for use in the Phoenix BLACK™ Sulfated Ash System equipped with the nitrogen purge option, safe to 1000 °C. Holds up to (15) 20/50 mL CEM® Quartz Fiber Crucibles or (12) 100 mL CEM® Quartz Fiber Crucibles. Includes insert, flue, heating element, SAS quartz plate, SAS quartz chimney, dual thermocouple, and thermocouple access panel.
