Fmoc-Glu(Wang)-OAll PS Resin (LL)

Reliable and cost effective polystyrene resin core attached to the side chain of Glu using the Wang linker. Ideal for head-to-tail cyclic peptides. OAll is removed on the solid phase using Pd(PPh₃)₄ and NMM in DMF. CEM's pre-loaded Wang resins are all characterized for D-amino acid content (<0.5 %) and dipeptide content (<0.2 %). Low loading capacity makes this resin ideal for preparation of long or difficult peptide acids.
